Office of the Year

An important aspect of the new working environment was to support the agile software development approach used here and to make collaboration between our colleagues even more efficient. Accordingly, each office level has a themed workcafé, and around the workstations we have created a number of meeting, focus and skype rooms. By theming the workcafés, the different office areas have been given their own identity, and the variety encourages our colleagues to explore, facilitating communication and meetings between teams.

The themes were chosen by our colleagues, and their feedback was used to create spaces such as an alpine hut, a surf bungalow by the sea, a campsite in the forest, a desert oasis or a Star Wars-themed space. In the latter café, our staff built the decorative Millennium Falcon Lego as part of a team-building exercise. As part of the theming, the train café was furnished with an old railway carriage, the cinema café, which is also used for movie nights, with furnishings from the old Corvin cinema, and one of our cafés has a library room designed by the books of our colleagues.

One of the most important elements of our Budapest development centre is our unique 2,500 m2 laboratory complex: our competence centre has acquired the knowledge needed for automotive development in-house, and our team has also built the development and testing tools.

Our office building also offers parking, bicycle storage, showers, motorbike storage, electric scooter charger and a Skybar for our colleagues.
