thyssenkrupp Components Technology Hungary Ltd. has been continually improving its products and services ensuring the highest level of quality. Meeting customer requirements, ensuring flawless operation, providing high level of safety, reliability, cost-efficiency, long product lifecycle  and environmental-friendly products are of crucial importance for us. We are continuously improving our company management system and our processes throughout the organisation. We take objective factors into account during our decisions thanks to our measurable quality targets. The effective and efficient operation of our quality management system is controlled by regular audits, assessments and by management reviews. It is crucial that we prevent errors which is achieved by continuous improvements. We are successfully cooperating with our suppliers and other partners and encourage them to implement quality policies similar to ours. All managers and employees at our company are aware of their responsibility in creating a positive working environment and producing high-quality products.

Our quality management system for designing, manufacturing, researching, and developing electronic steering systems for cars conforms to the ISO 9001:2015 and the IATF 16949:2016 standards, the latter containing customer-specific requirements for organisations in the automotive industry. Compliance to these standard is audited and certified on a regular basis by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems SQS. Our system complies to the  ISO 26262 Road vehicles — Functional safety standard.

To continuously enhance our processes, the Automotive SPICE® reference model (developed by the Procurement Forum / SPICE User Group / Automotive Special Interest Group (SIG)) was taken into consideration.  Our goal is to reach SPICE level 3 in the relevant areas.

We believe that while our consistent quality assurance system meets client expectations and official requirements, it is also beneficial for our employees. Employees are aware of our objectives and of the evaluation system. They know what, when, and how they should do; what are their tasks and responsibilities. They participate in trainings and skill development. They apply the most advanced procedures and tools. They share best practices with each other.  With the help of appropriate assessment, planning and supervision, they achieve their quality, time and budget goals for each project without the work-life balance being negatively affected.

Our objectives described above are also included in our Quality Policy.
