In 2022, we officially opened our own office on the university campus.
The history of the Budapest centre started 23 years ago, similar to the one in Veszprém, when the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and thyssenkrupp agreed to jointly develop electric steering systems. After the cooperation outgrew the university framework, thyssenkrupp set up an independent R&D company in Budapest, which today employs more than a thousand highly qualified engineers.
Our team in Veszprém is made up of the largest number of software and hardware developers and software testers, but we also offer opportunities in a number of other exciting areas, from system design to functional development or cybersecurity.
